Bullshidders Saloon burned to the ground following an early morning fire on Monday, Jan. 16.

Bullshidders Owner Denise Blader stated the saloon closed at 12:30 a.m. and by 1:30 a.m. she had received a call the bar, located at W9496 Cty. Road JJ, Wautoma, was on fire.

Leah Coenen was named Coloma Elementary School’s Buck Batterman Award winner during the fifth grade D.A.R.E. Graduation on Jan. 5. Following the ceremony, Coenen posed for a photo with her parents, Jamie and Nick Coenen.
