Protect yourself from the harmful effects of the sun

In Wisconsin we only have a few warm months to enjoy the sun. As good as it feels to be out in the sun, the sun can be harmful if you are not careful. Chronic sun exposure has been linked to skin cancer, skin aging, wrinkling, and eye damage including cataracts. Also, acute exposure can cause sunburn and sickness.
