Alliant Energy’s Wisconsin utility, Wisconsin Power and Light Company, filed its annual electric fuel cost plan recently with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW). The plan includes a 1.9 percent net increase in retail electric rates for calendar year 2014 due to expected higher electric fuel costs next year.
