Delores was an active member of Emmaus Lutheran Church in the Town of Lind for many years. She was a homemaker on the farm with her husband for many years, and also enjoyed gardening, word searches, the county fair, supporting her children and grandchildren, and she will always be remembered for offering everyone a cookie.
Delores is survived by three sons: Jeff (Jean) Loehrke, Jerry (Christine) Loehrke, and Randy (Marge) Loehrke; a daughter: Lori (Jerry) Reinert; 13 grandchildren: Keith (Becky) Loehrke, BobbieJo (Kirk) Montgomery, Janet (Scott) Olson, Kelly Loehrke, Jimmy Loehrke, Tammy (Chris) Raffin, Brian Loehrke, Trisha Loehrke, PJ (Gina) Loehrke, Tara Reinert, Dustin Reinert, Stephanie Loehrke and Brandon Loehrke; eight step-grandchildren: David Buhrow, Jim (Crystal) Buhrow, Tim (Toni) Buhrow, Eric (Beth) Buhrow, Lisa (Mark) Handrich, James (Amanda) Haufschildt, Tina (Nick) Attoe, and Brian Haufschildt; sixteen great-grandchildren: Erin, Kyle, Katelyn, Logan, Allison, Ashley, Lindsey, Jenna, Hailey, Justin, Jalyn, Ebbie, Olivia, Mallory, Aubry, and Bryce; sixteen step-grandchildren: Noah, Sophia, Issac, Summer, Trevor Kari, Daylin, Lilly, Jamie, Jeremy, Blake, Calvin, Renee, Jameson, Xavier, and Colton; two sisters: Karen Kimmel, and Jeanne (Harold) Falke; two brothers-in-law: Velmer Timm, and Bob (Alice) Loehrke; three sisters-in-law: Betty Loehrke, Gertie Raguse, and Cindy Loehrke; nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Arleta (Walter) Prill, and Joan Timm; a brother-in-law: Smokey Kimmel; and a granddaughter: Amy.
Funeral services was held on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 11 a.m. at Emmaus Lutheran Church, N180 County Rd. A, Waupaca. Lay minister Mark Peters officiated. Burial was in Lind Center Cemetery, where her body will remain awaiting the resurrection to glory. Visitation was held on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Lewin Funeral Home, Fremont, and on Tuesday, at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established for Emmaus Lutheran Church.
