The Wild Rose Ladycats and volleyball coaching staff displayed their regional championship plaque they earned with a 3-1 (22-25, 25-19, 26-24, 25-15) win against the Wisconsin Rapids Assumption Lady Royals on Oct. 25. This is the first volleyball regional championship in the Wild Rose High School history.

Waushara County Deputy and School Liaison Lafe Hendrickson gave a presentation to the Wautoma Area School District teachers, staff, and administrators on Oct. 24 about ALiCE: Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate, the new lockdown procedure that will be implemented at all of the Waushara County Schools.

Every teacher and staff member throughout the Wautoma Area School District attended an Oct. 24 in-service at the McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center at Wautoma High School where they were provided new information on how to deal with a potential active shooter incident.

In his first year as the Wautoma High School vocal music teacher and full-time teacher, Jacob Stensberg made the decision to have his choir perform one of the most iconic musicals in the world, “Fiddler on the Roof.”
