Suspect in custody for Solicitation of Prostitution

Posted

On May 14th, 2025, the Wautoma Police Department was called to Dollar General in reference to male soliciting employees to perform sex acts in exchange for money.

Officers responded and learned an unknown male entered the store and approached two females. He requested they perform a sex act in exchange for money. When the offer was declined the subject left but then returned and offered the victims additional money. One of the victims was able to obtain a description of the suspect’s vehicle.

Wautoma Police located the vehicle in the Wautoma Kwik Trip parking lot and made contact with the 35 year old driver who was identified as Joshua Frahm of Wautoma.

Frahm was interviewed by Wautoma Police and admitted to offering the money in exchange for the sex acts. Frahm advised he solicited the females because a farmer from Saxeville, WI, was willing to pay him to watch the sex acts. The farmer has not been identified.

Dollar General employees reported Frahm may have approached other females in the area. Please call Wautoma Police if you have any additional information.

Frahm appeared in court on May 16th, 2025 and is being held in lieu of bond on two counts of Soliciting Prostitution and Disorderly Conduct. Solicitation is a Class H felony and is punishable by up to 6 years imprisonment.
