On April 16, the Tri-County Penguins headed to Wild Rose to take on the Wildcats in baseball action. The Penguins ran away with a sweeping win of 28 to 0.
Wild Rose Coach Adam Kane provided the following quote: “We played an error-free game into the 4th inning, with the score tied 0-0. The game got away from us, but the boys battled hard the whole way, and I am incredibly proud of their efforts. The team is very coachable and eager to learn! We’re a couple of innings away from being very successful. As we learn how to finish games, the positive results will follow!”
