Felonies reported in Waushara County Wk. 20

Kristin Marie Ratzel, Wautoma, was in court on May 11 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 15.

 

Jennifer L. Bonnell, Nekoosa, was in court on May 12 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 15.

 

Isaiah J. Tankersley, Omro, was in court on May 12 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Statement by DE. The Court does not find it necessary to extend the term of probation.

 

Tracy A. Mosier, Plover, was in court on May 12 on a count of Theft-Movable Property >$10,000-$100,000. A status conference is scheduled for June 30.

Sarah A. Bertzyk, Wautoma, was in court on May 12 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Count 2 Plea: NC Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Statements and the court orders: S/W - 30 months probation - conditions: 90 days WC Jail - sentence to commence within 60 days, Huber, no GT. 3 days CFTS in the event of revocation. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. AODA and follow through. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars unless it is for employment and upon approval from supervising agent, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. DE is to undergo a traffic safety course within the first six months of probation, if the DE does not complete - No operation of any motor vehicles until course is complete. Appeal rights given.

 

Miles Randy Hall, Neshkoro, was in court on May 12 on a count of Threat to Cause Bodily Harm to Certain Individuals Involved with a Court or Legal System. A status conference is scheduled for June 30.

Amanda R. Toney, Green Lake, was in court on May 12 on a count of  Exposing Intimate Parts to a Child. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 30 and a jury trial on July 23 and 24.

 

Julyan A. Jaimes, Wautoma, was in court on May 12 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine (>3-10g) and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. 25CF130 - Court orders: Eight year term of imprisonment - bifurcated sentence. Four years IC - 346 days CFTS / Four years ES. ES conditions: AODA and follow through. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. NC w/CI255. Defendant to undergo, within the first year of ES, a Psychological Evaluation and comply with any further counseling and/or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Defendant to undergo an Anger Management Program and comply with any further counseling and/or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Defendant is eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program and the Substance Abuse Program. Defendant is not to be released to Extended Supervision until having served no less than two years of Initial Confinement. Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. DE is remanded to the custody of the Waushara County Sheriff's Department. 24CF136 - Court orders: Two year term of imprisonment - bifurcated sentence. One year IC / one year ES. - concurrent to any other sentence currently being served. 346 days CFTS. ES conditions to mirror the conditions of 25CF130. Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. 24CF171 - Court orders on all Counts: Six months WC Jail. Huber. G.T. 346 days CFTS. Time served sentences. Sentence concurrent to any other sentence currently being served. Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. Appeal rights given.
