Giang Nguyen, Wild Rose, was in court on July 1 on a count of Stalking. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 27.

 

Mark Edward Larson, Campbellsport, was in court on July 1 on a count of Possess w/Intent-Amphetamine/Methamphetamine/etc. (>50g) and a count of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony. A hearing is scheduled for July 13.

 

Jacob Michael Trudel, Redgranite, was in court on July 1 on a count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. The Court denies restitution request due to the reasons stated on the record.

 

Brian John Hart, Eau Claire, was in court on July 1 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 6.

 

Michael James Groholski, WI Rapids, was in court on July 1 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 4.

Joseph Eugene Schook, Jefferson, was in court on July 7 on a count of Forgery, a count of Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money, and a count of Theft-Movable Property-Special Facts. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Aug. 4.

Christopher R. Zuehlke, Coloma, was in court on July 7 on two counts of Threat to Cause Bodily Harm to Certain Individuals Involved with a Court or Legal System. Court orders: $3,500 signature bond. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for July 15.

 

Jonathan Matthew Groling, Plainfield, was in court on July 7 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. 26CF48 - Ct 1 & 26CF50 - Ct 1 - Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. 26CF48 - Ct. 2, 26CF50 - Ct. 2, 25CF45, 25CM97, 25TR225, 26TR630, 26TR631 - DRI. 25CF116 - dismissed outright. The Court orders: As to 26CF48: S/W - Four years probation - conditions - concurrent to any other sentence: 125 days WC jail to commence forthwith, Huber, no GT, and no CFTS - the Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction. DE is entitled to 10 days CFTS in the event of revocation. AODA and follow through. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Witness fees of $114.94 and Jury costs of $986.64 w/ 60 DTP or PP. DNA Sample and Surcharge. As to 26CF50: S/W - Four years probation - conditions to mirror conditions of 26CF48 with the exception for conditional jail time. Defendant may petition for early termination of probation term after completion of three years, provided request is joined by agent and all financial obligations are paid in full and all treatment programming is completed. The Court grants the DE a furlough from July 10 at 7 p.m. through July 15 at 7 p.m. upon the submission of documents by Atty Gorsuch by end of day 7/8/2026. Bonds previously posted to be applied. Appeal rights given.
