Julyan A. Jaimes, Neshkoro, was in court on March 26 on a count of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine (>3-10g) and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Exhibit #1 marked. Witness testifies to exhibit. Dale Dean Kelbach, Berlin, was in court on March 26 on a count of Battery – Domestic Abuse Repeater and a count of Disorderly Conduct – Domestic Abuse Repeater. Court orders: One and a half year term of imprisonment - bifurcated sentence. One year IC / six months ES. 167 days CFTS. Conditions of ES: AODA and follow through. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Defendant to complete a Domestic Abuse Alternatives Program together with any follow through counseling and/or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. In the event that a Domestic Abuse Alternatives Program is not available, the Defendant is to take an Anger Management Course and follow through with any recommendations. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Defendant to undergo a Mental Health Assessment and comply with any further counseling and/or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. NC w/ S.L.S. Defendant is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program or the Substance Abuse Program. Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. Defendant remanded into the custody of the Waushara County Sheriff's Department. Appeal rights given.

Barbara Ann Mayeaux, Redgranite, was in court on March 27 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any dangerous weapons to include but not limited to firearms. The Court amends bond to $1000 cash bond, same monetary conditions. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 14.

Appeal rights given. In the event of revocation, conditions of ES to mirror that of probation.

 

Steven Lee Panek, Hartford, was in court on March 31 on a count of Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement Officer. The parties have received the doctor's report. The parties are stipulating to the findings. The Court requires that the DE sign a statement that he is in agreement that he is not competent. The Court receives the doctor's report as evidence. The Court finds the defendant not competent but likely to regain competency and enters a commitment order. Four days CFTS.

 

Christopher J. Willis, Poy Sippi, was in court on March 31 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (>200-1000g). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 15.

 

Stefen G. Springer, Waupun, was in court on March 31 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 9.

Trevor S. Rehwinkel, Plainfield, was in court on March 31 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), a count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for April 13.

Zachary Michael Keller, Wautoma, was in court on March 31 on six counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling,a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, and a count of Possession of Burglarious Tools. The Court orders restitution in the amount of $5076.90 to be distributed in the following manner: $594.99 to J.H. $265.10 to G.M. $1530.60 to D.R.P. $619.82 to A.K. $481.24 to D.N. and $1585.15 to Progressive Insurance. Restitution J/S with co-defendants to include but not limited to Alicia Nowland. The DE is awarded the recovered trolling motor housed at WCSD upon full payment of restitution.
