Benjamin E. Brady, Wild Rose, was in court on April 21 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. Court orders: $1,000 cash bond. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No operation of any motor vehicles without a valid driver's license for the manner of operation.
