Rehwinkel, New Lisbon, was in court on March 14 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Possession of THC (2^nd+ Offense), a count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, a count of Bail Jumping-Felony, and a count of Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2^nd+). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 2.

Angelina Rose Bliss, Dubuque, IA, was in court on March 14 on a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent. Iowa Agent states the DE has made a $100 payment a few days ago and intends to pay $50 next week. DE has been out of custody for five months and has not been paying the restitution as ordered. Statement by DE.
