Anthony A. Ace, Plymouth, was in court on March 14 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer, a count of Possession of Burglarious Tools, and five counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 7.

 

Trevor S. Rehwinkel, New Lisbon, was in court on March 14 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), a count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, a count of Bail Jumping-Felony, and a count of Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 2.

 

Angelina Rose Bliss, Dubuque, IA, was in court on March 14 on a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent. Iowa Agent states the DE has made a $100 payment a few days ago and intends to pay $50 next week. DE has been out of custody for five months and has not been paying the restitution as ordered. Statement by DE. Court orders: 45 days WC Jail - I/S - Purge conditions: $200 monthly payments toward restitution beginning April 1, and every first of the month thereafter until restitution is paid in full. If DE misses any payments the DE is to serve 45 days in the WC Jail.

 

Nicole Y. Holt, Appleton, was in court on March 14 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court amends to: $2,500 signature bond. Same non-monetary conditions remain. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 1.

 

Alexander James Hendricks, Green Bay, was in court on March 14 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for April 7.

 

Shaun M. Hrnak, Wautoma, was in court on March 14 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for May 23.

No contact with M.A.T. directly or indirectly. No phone calls, e-mails, text messages, written communications or by third party. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Defendant to comply with the Sex Offender Registration Program for 15 years following completion of the sentence. Complete a Sex Offender Treatment Assessment and comply with any further counseling and/or treatment as deemed appropriate by the Supervising Agent. Costs w/60 DTP or PP. DNA Sample and Surcharge. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given.

 

James Robert Challoner, Berlin, was in court on March 17 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A final pre-trial is scheduled for May 12 and a jury trial is scheduled for June 19.

Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. Complete ID process with the Sheriff's Department. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Defendant is to take all medications as prescribed by mental health professionals. Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any dangerous weapons to include but not limited to firearms. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 7.
