Explore the Ice Age Trail on a group hike

The Waushara County Ice Age Trail has so much to see, so why not get out on the trail during a summer group hike?
There are still a few hikes left this year, so get hiking in Waushara County! Group hikes start at 1 p.m. Upcoming hikes are scheduled:
Sunday, Aug. 2: Deerfield Segment
Sunday, Sept 13: Greenwood Segment
Sunday, Oct 4: Mecan Segment

Meeting places and other logistics are posted before the hikes on the Facebook page (Ice Age Trail Alliance – Waushara County Chapter) as well as the event calendar on the Ice Age Trail Alliance website.
There are also two upcoming fall events:
Saturday, Oct. 10: Fall Color Celebration at Fresh For Life Organics at Czech Ave. and 7th Ct. IAT will have a band, food, raffles, silent auctions, and led trail hikes on the Chaffee Creek Segment adjacent to the celebration.
Saturday, Nov. 14: Ecology and Management of the Timber Wolf in Wisconsin seminar at the WWII Memorial in Wautoma. Further information for this free seminar will be on the Facebook page.
