4/25/2026: A two-vehicle accident was reported at 3:02 p.m. on STH21 eastbound in the Village of Coloma. Shawn Tillman, Woodstock, IL, was in lane one, and turned on the right directional, turning to merge into lane 2. Michael Aide, Dodgeville, had been traveling in lane 2 near the speed limit. Tillman struck Aide with his passenger side door, striking Aide’s front tire. In the dash camera footage from Aide, you can see Tillman has their directional on for less than two flashes before merging into the other lane. Aide was in the process of moving into lane 2 as the road has just opened into a two lane road. Tillman struck Aide in the number 2 lane.
4/28/2026: A two-vehicle accident was reported at 6:42 a.m. on Old Hwy 21 in the Town of Coloma. Sarah Vollriede, Coloma, was stopped at the stop sign. Richard Popp, Westfield, was westbound on STH21. Popp crossed the centerline on STH21 to make a left turn onto Old Hwy 21. Popp made contact with the front of Vollriede’s vehicle.
