Tri-County announces 7th/8th grade February Students of the Month

Jacob Ernst, Seventh grade, is a well-liked and polite student, according to Liz Bechard.  She said he always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude when he enters class.  Jacob is a hardworking and responsible young man.  Ms. Bechard likes the dynamic he adds to her class.  Kasey Rader said Jacob is an outgoing student and is a positive role model for his peers.  Jacob’s humor keeps everyone around him laughing.

Seventh grader, Lyric Arnold, worked really hard in art class this year to create the best pieces she could, according to Jen Montgomery.  She said that Lyric thought outside of the box and was very creative and added interesting stories to the class.  Lyric is kind to others and creates a positive vibe.

Ruby Urban, eighth grade, is a wonderful student and her artwork is fantastic.  Jen Montgomery said that Ruby goes above and beyond to create quality art pieces.  Ruby does not give up but strives to give her best in everything she does.  According to Dave Stelter, Ruby is a highly skilled writer and reader with a strong work ethic.  She participates well in class.

 

Eighth grader, Valerie Garcia, is a very polite, hardworking young lady according to Dawn Byrum.  Val began the year as a Virtual student and never received a late assignment, maintained a 93% or higher, and turned in exceptional work.  Ms. Byrum was extremely excited when Val returned to in-school learning.  Val is such a pleasure to work with, is pleasant, and an asset to Ms. Byrum’s classroom environment.
