The Wautoma/Wild Rose girls soccer team finished off their final week of regular season games.
On May 22 the team traveled to Little Chute. Starting out strong, Addie DeMars got a goal off a corner kick taken by Emica Marquez. Before half time there were several attempts on goal by Addie DeMars and Emma Elm. Little chute got a goal in the second half to tie it up. Abbi Zindars had 12 saves.
On May 23 the team hosted Melrose a conference game with another strong start Addie DeMars had a goal early in the first half. Melrose was able to get a few goals in the first half. The second half of the game Wautoma/Wild Rose had lots of shots taken by Madylyn Woyak, Lura Babcock, Emma Nguyen, Addie DeMars, Charlee Kratz and Emily Pena. Abbi Zindars had 9 saves.
On May 25 Wautoma/Wild Rose hosted a conference game against Mauston. Mauston was able to get a head early on. Just seconds before the end of the first half senior Sabrina Adair got a goal with a beautiful kick into the corner of the goal. The second half had lots great movement of the ball with shots from Montana Groskreutz, Alexis Christman, Emica Marquez, Sabrina Adair, Emma Nguyen, Addie Demar and Ruby Godinez.
