“I’m very proud of each and every one of my runners. I am seeing improvements and gains from those who ran last season and from the ones who have just joined the sport for the first time. I’m grateful to coach this wonderful group of individuals and to have such a supportive group of parents/guardians, community members, etc. I look forward to the rest of the season, and seeing more gains for my runners both as individuals and as a team,” commented Coach Megan Woyak

The team traveled to Rosholt High School (Trebs Invite) on Sept. 24. The cross country team can’t wait for the meet and to see more fans at their next meets.
