The Lady Hornets took on Mauston’s Lady Golden Eagles on Sept. 22 for a conference volleyball game at Wautoma High School. The Lady Hornets won in four sets, 25-21, 25-22, 19-25 and 25-14.
Montana Groskruetz recorded 16 kills while making 5 digs. Brianna Buechner managed to make 22 assists and 3 kills while serving 93.3%. Aspen Groskreutz served 94.7% and made 2 digs. Ava Stahl had 12 digs and Madalyn Meyer had 5 digs. Allison Botters made 6 kills and 6 blocks. Bryn Gunderson had 4 kills.
The Lady Hornets are now 11-7 overall and 4-1 in the conference.
