Redgranite resident shows appreciation for Wagner Plumbing

Recently, much to the dismay of my wife and I, our toilet began leaking and while this is no great catastrophe in itself, in our household, we are the caregivers for my 86-year-old handicapped mother. If the toilet broke down completely, we would be in dire straits. 

The first thing I did was look in the Waushara Argus and there was an ad for Wagner Plumbing. I called the number and was told that although they could fix the toilet, it would take some time, as they were very overloaded with work. I said I understood and I also explained about my home situation. 

The next day I called again to see if maybe I might be put on their schedule. Unfortunately, their office was closed, but I left a message on their answering machine. 

The next day my wife called me at work in the morning and told me she had good news. When I asked her what it was, she said the plumber had pulled in our driveway.

Within a few hours a new toilet was installed and mind you, this was the morning of the Snowstorm Cindy. 

Wagner Plumbing went out of their way to help me and I just want to publicly show appreciation for their integrity.
