Jim was a bold, yet fair individual who made a lasting impact on those around him. Outside of work, Jim had a passion for stock car auto racing. Spending many years of weekends at Jefferson Speedway (WI) competing with friends while creating lifetime relationships that have been continued down through multiple generations of his family. Jim enjoyed riding motorcycles and tinkering with his semi-trucks. These hobbies brought him great joy and provided satisfaction for his affection to mechanical devices. Jim also enjoyed watching his grandchildren perform in their many interests.

Jim is survived by his sister Sue Reinen and his children Dana (Paul) Suchomel, Derek (Heather Disch) Rehm, Melissa (Brandon) Hafeman, Bridget (Jason) Hockerman, and Robin (Billy) Nix. Grand‐ children Addison, Elliott, Kali, Blake, Olivia, Mayson, Chase, and John. Nephews, Christopher (Alyssa) and Nick (Becky).
