Donald R. Lamb, 80, Almond, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, in Middleton.

He was born in Milwaukee on July 26, 1934, a son of the late Richard and Minnie (Osman) Lamb.

He married Kathleen A. Wallner on June 12, 1954, in Almond. She preceded him in death on August 21, 2012.  He was a member of Almond United Methodist Church. 

Don enjoyed working in the garden, yard and his shop. He was the owner of Don Lamb Construction for over 40 years. He enjoyed watching the Packers and Brewers. Don also loved spending time with his grandkids, cooking and grilling.

Survivors include a daughter: Debra Cummings, Westfield; grandchildren: Shad (Melina) Cummings, Almond, Brent (Sarah) Cummings, Kronenwetter, Kailee (Travis) Borchert, Marshall, Dustin (Amie) Hunt, Verona; great grandchildren: Mason (Mariah) Sigourney, Macie Mae Cummings; brothers: Bill (Candace) Lamb, Almond, Tom (Darl) Lamb, Waupaca, Joe (Judy) Lamb, Weston; sister: Dorothy Keim, Eugene, OR. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife: Kathleen; daughter: Denise Hunt; two sons: Keith and James Lamb; and a sister: Pat.

Funeral services will were held at Almond United Methodist Church on Dec. 30. Reverend Paul Gregerson officiated. Interment was held at Lone Pine Cemetery, Town of Almond, Portage County. Visitation was held on Dec. 29 at the Almond United Methodist Church and on Dec. 30 prior to the service at the church. 

The Hardell-Holly Funeral Home of Almond is assisting the family with arrangements.
