Court releases Waushara County felonies

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Hidalia Mae Mata Gonzalez, 40, Appleton, appeared in court on March 8 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Fail/Report to County Jail (10 Days +). She received 60 days in Waushara County Jail, with Huber privileges and good time credit consecutive to any sentence currently being served, 2 days credit for time served, to begin no later than April 15; court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan; and DNA surcharge.

• Jeffrey J. Larson, 38, Redgranite, appeared in court on March 8 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possess with Intent-THC (<=200g) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions: 75 days in Waushara County Jail, with Huber privileges, no good time credit, to begin no later than April 15, 3 days credit for time served; AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Jennifer A. Lilley, 34, Ellsworth, appeared in court on March 9 for a return on warrant hearing for five counts Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 10. 

• Brandi Elaine Sapp, 34, Waupaca, appeared in court on March 9 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500, Criminal Trespass to Dwelling and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. She received for Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500 and Criminal Trespass to Dwelling: sentence withheld 2 years probation, concurrent; conditions of Supervision: for Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500: 45 days in Waushara County Jail conditional time to report on May 1, No time served credit, Huber privileges, no good time credit; No contact whatsoever with Jack Raymond unless specifically authorized by the Family Court that may or may not be overseeing issues related to the children in common - must be specifically authorized as to custody issues and visitation exchanges; AODA and any follow through as deemed appropriate; must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician; court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan; no Contact with victim unless specifically authorized by supervising agent; and DNA sample and surcharge; for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer: sentence withheld 1 year probation, concurrent to 17CF-210, all the same conditions with the exception of conditional jail time.

• Devin M. Berg, 32, Wautoma, appeared in court on March 12 for a plea hearing for Possess with Intent-Designer Drugs (<=3g), Possess with Intent-THC (>200-1000g), Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, Possess Drug Paraphernalia, and two counts Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 17. 

• Tony D. Farrar, 37, Mount Carmel, IL, appeared in court on March 12 for a return on warrant hearing for six counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). A motion hearing is scheduled for April 5. 

• Nicholas Matthew Pospichal, 21, Plainfield, appeared in court on March 12 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Violate/Harassment Retraining Order. He received sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions: must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, AODA and follow through, to obtain a HSED, to obtain no less than one year of programming at a technical college in his vocation of choice, no contact with S. Capps; court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, and DNA sample and surcharge.
