Waushara County Felonies Reported

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

    •Hidalia Mae Mata Gonzalez, 40, Appleton, appeared in court on Feb. 6 for a status conference for Fail/Report to County Jail (10 Days+). A final pretrial is scheduled for March 8.

    •Marvin J. Nowakwoski, 38, Watertown, appeared in court on Feb. 6 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Theft by Contractor >$2,500-$5,000, Misappropriate Buyer Prepayments Under Home Improvement Contract and three counts Bail Jumping Felony. He received for Theft by Contractor >$2,500-$5,000 and one count Bail Jumping-Felony: sentence withheld 3 years probation as to both cases concurrent; Conditions as to Theft by Contractor >$2,500-$5,000 only: 5 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, 50 days credit for time served, sentence to commence forthwith, $2,800 restitution to be repaid in monthly increments of no less than $200 on the first of every month starting July 1; as to both counts: no contact with M. Nelsen, L. Nelsen, J. Wegner, D. Bruske and/or J. Gritzner, is prohibited from acting in any fiduciary capacity, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, DNA sample and surcharge.

    •Donald D. Patterson, 53, Redgranite, appeared in court for an initial appearance on Feb. 6 for Battery by Prisoners and Substantial Battery-Intend Bodily Harm. A status conference is scheduled for March 9. 

    •Michael P. Ramirez, 42, Bancroft, appeared in court for an initial appearance on Feb. 6 for OWI (6th), Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install/Violate Court Order, Operating While Revoked (Forfeiture 2nd), Disorderly Conduct and Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor or Law Enforcement. A status conference is scheduled for April 5. 

    •Jennifer Marie Dewhurst, 21, Berlin, appeared in court for a waiver of preliminary hearing on Feb. 9 for Possess with Intent-Amphetamine (>3-10g), Possess with Intent-THC (>1,000-2,500g), Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and two counts Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. A status conference is scheduled for March 9. 

    •Levi Benjamin Hansen, 21, Poy Sippi, appeared in court for an initial appearance for Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of THC (2nd + Offense), Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting or Obstructing and Officer. A status conference is scheduled for March 9. 

    •Nathan Charles Holloway, 26, Saint Paul, MN, appeared in court on Feb. 9 for an initial appearance for Fail/Report to Jail (Felony). A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 28. 

    •Brandon W. Wals, 19, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Feb. 9 for an initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony, Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, Operate without Valid License (2nd within 3 years). A status conference is scheduled for March 12.

    •James Fredrick Barnes, 58, Poy Sippi, appeared in court on Feb. 9 for a status conference for OWI (4th) and Operating with PAC (4th). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 3. 

    •Daniel Lee Murphy, 36, New Lisbon, appeared in court on Feb. 9 for a status conference for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of THC (2nd + Offense), Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce or Store Methamphetamine, Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (2nd +) and three counts Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for March 8. 

    •Cameron James Leiting, 31, Racine, appeared in court on Feb. 12 for an initial appearance for Possession of THC (2nd + Offense) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for May 22.
