Waushara County felonies reported

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Christopher L. Wojciechowski, 23, Wautoma, appeared in court on Jan. 19 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Possession of THC, Disorderly Conduct, two counts Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, Criminal Damage to Property and Knowingly Violate a Domestic Abuse Order-Injunction. He received for Possession of THC: 6 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 80 days credit for time served, costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid; for Disorderly Conduct: 60 days in Waushara County Jail, concurrent with 17CF142, 60 days credit for time served, time served sentence, costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid; for Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor: 7 months in Waushara County Jail concurrent with 17CF142 and 17CM200, Huber privileges, good time credit, 60 days credit for time served, costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid; for Criminal Damage to Property: 7 months in Waushara Jail consecutive to 17CF142, 17CM200 and 17CM335, Huber privileges, good time credit, 2 days credit for time served, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, $280 restitution converted to a civil judgment in favor of Jordan Bremmer, restitution joint/several with co-defendant, DNA sample and surcharge; for Knowingly Violate a Domestic Abuse Order-Injunction and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor: 7 months in Waushara County Jail as to each count concurrent with each other and 17CM409, consecutive to the 17CF142, 17CM200 and 17CM335 - Huber, good time credit, 2 days credit for time served, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, court costs to include the injunction filing fee with 60 days to pay or payment plan, DNA sample and surcharge.

• Antoinette Marie Jessup, 42, Wautoma, appeared in court on Jan. 19 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for OWI (3rd with Passenger < 16 years old). She received 8 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 124 days credit for time served, and costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid.

• Hidalia Mae Mata Gon-zalez, 40, Appleton, appeared in court on Jan. 19 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Fail/Report to County Jail (10 Days +). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 6. 

• Andrew W. Knueppel, 37, Waupaca, appeared in court on Jan. 19 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer and Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle. He received: 30 months term of imprisonment bifurcated as 12 months incarceration/1 ½ years extended supervision, concurrent to Waupaca County Case No 17CM-294 and any other sentence currently being served; conditions of extended supervision: must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician; restitution and court costs, and is eligible for Challenge Incarceration Program and Substance Abuse Program.
