Waushara County Felonies reported

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Charles W. Fisher, III, 30, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Jan. 3 for a waiver of preliminary hearing for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault by Employee of Child Welfare Agency or Care/Service Residential Faculty. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 6. 

• Amber L. Norquist, 26, Milwaukee, appeared in court on Jan. 4 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Possession of THC and Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. She received Concurrent sentences, 5 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 55 days credit for time served, $886 in court costs reimposed with 60 days to pay or payment plan.

• Maximilliano S. Garza, 33, Oshkosh, appeared in court on Jan. 4 for an adjourned initial appearance for 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Operate Firearm While Intoxicated and Disorderly Conduct. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 6. 

• Kevin J. Schueler, 30, Wautoma, appeared in court on Jan. 5 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (4th), Operating with PAC (4th) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received: sentence withheld, 2 years probation; conditions: 90 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, 3 days credit for time served to begin forthwith, 40 days in Waushara County Jail, stayed, for use of supervising agent and TAD Panel, high school equivalency degree, $1,744.00 fine plus $42.50 Blood Draw fee to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, bond to be applied, 24 months driver’s license revocation, 24 month ignition interlock device obtained by March 1, OWI assessment, participation and successful completion in Waushara County TAD Program, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Blas Gonzales, 53, Berlin, appeared in court on Jan. 5 for a hearing for Possess with Intent/Deliver Non-Narcotics and Possess

Drug Paraphernalia. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Jan. 23. 

• Ronald William Vallery, 31, Wautoma, ap-peared in court on Jan. 5 for a sentencing hearing for Possess with Intent-THC (<=200 grams), Possess Drug Paraphernalia, three counts three counts Fraud/Rendering Income Tax Return or Obtain Refund with Fraudulent Intent and two counts Knowingly Submit False Tax Documents. He received for Possess with Intent-THC (<=200 grams) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia: sentence withheld, 3 years probation; conditions: 3 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, no credit for time served, to begin no later than Jan. 15, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to include attorney fees to be paid within 60 days or payment plan and DNA sample and surcharge; for one count Fraud/Rendering Income Tax Return or Obtain Refund with Fraudulent Intent: sentence withheld 4 years probation, concurrent to 16CF62; conditions: 9 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, consecutive to 16CF62, no credit for time served, to begin no later than Jan. 15, restitution in the amount of $11,806.40 to be paid in increments of no less than $250 per month commencing March 1, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to include attorney fees be paid within 60 days or payment plan and NA sample and surcharge; for Knowingly Submit False Tax Documents: same conditions with no conditional jail.

• Joshua David Ortiz-Johnston, 19, Milwaukee, appeared in court on Jan. 5 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possess with Intent-THC (<=200g) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received for Possess with Intent-THC (<=200g): 5 months in Waushara County and for Possess Drug Paraphernalia: 30 days in Waushara County Jail, stayed, 2 years probation; if revoked Huber privileges, good time credit, 4 days credit for time served, concurrent to each other; conditions: GED or high school equivalency degree, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan and DNA sample and surcharge.
