Waushara County felonies reported

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Marcques R. Lehouiller, 19, Hancock, appeared in court on Dec. 28 for a plea hearing for two counts Child Enticement, 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault-Contact with Person under 16-Use/Threat of Force/Violence (Actor is 18), Intimidate Victim/Threaten Force and two counts Bail Jumping-Felony. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 14.

• Caitlin Marie Goomey, 24, Green Bay, appeared in court on Dec. 28 for sentencing hearing for Theft-Movable Property from Person/Corpse, Drive or Operate Vehicle without Consent, three counts Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, two counts Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. She received for Drive or Operate Vehicle without Consent and three counts Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money: sentence withheld 3 years probation, conditions for Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money only: 6 months in Waushara County Jail, with Huber privileges, no good time credit, 119 credit for time served, conditions on all counts: restitution of $541.91 joint/several with co-defendant Andrew Sweetack-$59.23 by defendant only, no contact with M. Caves and/or Andrew Sweetack, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan and DNA sample and surcharge; for Possession of Narcotic Drugs: sentence withheld 3 years probation, concurrent to 17CF177, conditions: no contact with M. Caves and/or Andrew Sweetack, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan and DNA sample and surcharge.

• David A. Mack, 19, Oshkosh, appeared in court on Dec. 28 for a status conference for Burglary-Building or Dwelling and Bail Jumping Misdemeanor. Mack also appeared in court for an initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 2.

• Shane Alen Kabke, 43, Neenah, appeared in court on Dec. 28 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possession of THC and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received: 60 days in Waushara County Jail for Count 1, 30 days in Waushara County Jail, for Count 2, stayed 1 year probation, if revoked, Huber privileges, good time credit, no credit for time served; conditions: AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, DNA sample and surcharge and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.
