UW-Madison Extension schedules agricultural programs July 25-28

The UW-Madison Extension of Waushara County plans the following agricultural events. A demonstration with nitrate sensing in soil during crop growth with Dr. Jingyi Huang will take place on Tuesday, July 25 at 1 p.m. at the Hancock Ag Research station. No registration is required and refreshments will be provided. Soil Health in Commercial Vegetable Systems will take place at Stelter Farms, W10563 Cty Y, Wautoma, on Wednesday, July 26 at 10 a.m. Lunch will be provided to attendees. Send your RSVP to grazing@goldensandsrcd.org The Second Special Drought Episode of Badger Crop Connect will be held on Friday, July 28 at 10 a.m. to talk about where we are in the season and drought management strategies.
