Marshall recognized by Little Hills Lake District

At the Little Hills Lake Management District’s July 1st annual land owner’s meeting, Francine Marshall was presented with a plaque by Neal Nett, district chairman, for her many years of service. Francine’s service spanned seventeen years, first as lake association president, then, after the lake district was formed, in the roles of secretary and treasurer.
