MICHAEL L. SCHUMACHER, SR.

Michael L. Schumacher, Sr., 63, Appleton, passed away June 29, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born Feb. 24, 1960 to William and Irene Schumacher in Milwaukee. Michael was a factory worker and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. His favorite pastime was spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving family - his wife, Cathy; his children Krissy (Jason) Krause, Michael Jr. (Elise) Schumacher, and Cat (Justin) McNab; grandchildren, Anthony, Michael III, Jonathan, Amanda, Nicholas, Benjamin, Gideon, Maddox, Leon and Vincent; his siblings: Patrick (Mary) Schumacher, Candy (Tim) Weisensel, William Schumacher, Annette (Randy) Marks, Mark (Chris) Schumacher; many nieces and nephews and other family members and a close friend, Patty. Michael will be remembered always for his favorite saying, “Are we having fun yet?” A private burial will be held. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
