Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• George Joseph Gdaniec, 59, Westfield, appeared in court on Nov. 9 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (4th) and Operating with PAC (4th). He received for Operating with PAC (4th): sentence withheld 2 years probation; conditions: 60 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 3 days credit for time served to begin forthwith; $1,800 fine plus $42.50 blood draw fee, bond to be applied, balance to be paid within 60 days or payment plan; 24 month driver’s license revocation, 2 year ignition interlock device; OWI Assessment, AODA and follow through, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Olivia Sara-Rose Woitula, 21, Wautoma, ap-peared in court on Nov. 9 for an adjourned initial appearance for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 12. 

• Geoffrey P. Salaja, 67, Montello, appeared in court on Nov. 9 for a sentencing hearing on revocation for Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics and Bail Jumping-Felony. He received for Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics: 8 years in Wisconsin State Prison con-current to Marquette County sentence to be served as 5 years incarceration and 3 year extended supervision, 340 days credit for time served, AODA and follow though, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs re-imposed not previously paid to be paid within 60 days or payment plan; for Bail Jumping-Felony: 1 year in Waushara County Jail, good time credit, 340 days credit for time served, concurrent to any existing sentence, and court cost not previously paid to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

• Samantha Rose Delelio, 17, Coloma, appeared in court on Nov. 10 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possession of THC, Bail Jumping, Misdemeanor and two counts Possess Drug Paraphernalia. She received for Possession of THC, and Possess Drug Paraphernalia: sentence withheld 2 years probation, if revoked, credit for 4 days served; for Bail Jumping, Misdemeanor: sen-tence withheld 2 years pro-bation, concurrent; for both counts conditions: AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars except in furtherance of employment, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, complete an HSED, during the period of probation defendant is to obtain no less than 30 credits in either a technical school program or an accredited four year institution, no less than two observed urine screens per week for the first year of probation, no contact with Nicholas Denziesen, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan and DNA sample and Surcharge 

• Dylan Jon Kohlhoff, 32, Wautoma, appeared in court on Nov. 10 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony, Possession of THC (2nd + Offense), Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received for Bail Jumping-Felony and Possession of THC (2nd + Offense): 6 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 3 days credit time served, concurrent to each other but consecutive to any sentence currently being served, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, with bond to be applied and DNA sample and surcharge.
