Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Ronald William Vallery, 31, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for a hearing for Possess with Intent-THC (<=200 grams), two counts Possession Drug Paraphernalia, three counts Fraud/Rendering Income Tax Return or Obtain Refund with Fraudulent Intent, two counts Knowingly Submit False Tax Documents, four counts Bail Jumping-Felony and Possession of THC. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 3.

• Mitchell L. Sears, 29, Ripon, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for a hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 18.

• Caitlin Marie Goomey, 24, Green Bay, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for a plea hearing for Theft-Movable Property from Person/Corpse, Drive or Operate Vehicle without Consent, three counts Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, two counts Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 28.

• Casey L. Duket, 27, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for a sentencing hearing for three counts Bail Jumping-Felony, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. He received for one count Bail Jumping-Felony and Possession of Narcotic Drugs: sentence withheld 31 months probation as to each case concurrent; conditions: Possession of Narcotic Drugs only, 90 days in Waushara County Jail; 76 days credit for time served, no good time credit, Huber privileges, sentence to commence by no later than Dec. 10, all other conditions reimposed as previously ordered. 

• Jason A. Guist, 43, Redgranite, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for OWI Cause Injury (2+), Resisting/Failing to Stop/Fleeing and Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle. A sentencing hearing on revocation is scheduled for Dec. 5. 

• Leslie J. Knorr, 53, Coloma, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for an initial appearance for OWI (4th). A status conference is scheduled to Dec. 18. 

• Nicholas Lee Rentz, 31, Elroy, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500. She received for Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer: 52 days in Waushara County Jail as to both counts concurrent, 39 days credit for time served, time served sentence, restitution $20.01 previously paid, costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan and DNA sample and surcharge. 

• Brandi Elaine Sapp, 34, Waupaca, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for an adjourned initial appearance for Burglary-Building or Dwelling. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 3. 

• Derrick D. Girmscheid, 23, Green Lake, appeared in court on Oct. 26 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony, Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, Entry into Locked Coin Box, Criminal Damage to Property, two counts Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500 and Possession of THC (2nd + Offense). He received for Criminal Damage to Property, Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500: sentence withheld 2 years probation concurrent - conditions: for Criminal Damage to Property only: 60 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, 48 days credit for time served; as to all counts: AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, $310.64 Restitution to be paid by Sept. 1, 2018, joint and several with co-defendants, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan; for Possession of THC (2nd + Offense): sentence withheld 2 years probation.

• Damion M. Johnston, 19, Oxford, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Theft-Movable Property >$2,500-$5,000. He received for Possession/Illegally Obtained Prescription and Possession of THC: 6 months in Waushara County Jail, concurrent, with 169 days credit for time served; for Theft-Movable Property >$2,500-$5,000: 10 months in Waushara County Jail, 81 days credit for time served and court costs, good time credit and work release privileges, concurrent terms on all cases.
