Black Hawk Folk Society to feature “Bob’s Your Uncle” on June 10th

Subhead
“Bob’s Your Uncle” is Black Hawk Folk Society’s featured concert-in-the-park performer on Saturday, June 10 in Mt. Morris Town Park (N3847 County Road G, just outside of Mt. Morris), from 2 – 4 p.m. The threesome—Michael Bryant, Bruce Buttel, and Tracy Jane Comer—bring plenty of talent and a love for music to create a signature sound that appeals to a wide range of audiences. Guitar, bass, and vocals are the power behind these singer-songwriters who perform their own tunes, along with covers for many other much loved musicians, including Simon and Garfunkel, the Beatles, Alison Krauss, James Taylor, and many others. Mt. Morris Town Park is handicap friendly, with on-site parking. General admission will be at the park entrance. Advance tickets for the day-long festival on Saturday, July 8 will also be available. Sorry, due to limited cell and Internet access, cash or check only at the entrance. Bring lawn chairs and whatever else is needed for outdoor comfort. Also, no pets in the park per park policy. Rain site: Mountain View Community Center. Please visit Black Hawk’s Facebook page or blackhawkfolk.org for updates and additional information.
