OLIVE LORRAINE PIEROTTI July 26, 1921 – Dec. 26, 2022

Olive Lorraine Pierotti (nee Scott), age 101 of rural Neshkoro, passed away peacefully Monday, December 26, 2022 at her home in the Township of Marion, Waushara County.

Olive was born July 26, 1921 in Spring Lake, the daughter of Walter and Barbara (Hall) Scott.  She was educated in the Spring Lake School, and was a member of the Class of 1938 of the Redgranite High School.

She married William Pierotti June 23, 1941 in Wautoma.  He preceded Olive in death August 28, 1976.

Olive and Bill owned and operated the family grocery store and tavern in Lohrville from 1941 until Bill’s health forced his retirement in 1955.

Olive had been a member of the former Spring Lake United Methodist Church.  She loved playing cribbage, gardening, ice fishing, and her pets.  Most of all, Olive loved her family.

Survivors include her daughter, Donna (Jerry) Goldsmith of Wautoma, her son, William D. Pierotti of Spring Lake, three grandsons, Dave (Kim) Goldsmith of Edgerton, William Joseph Pierotti of Spring Lake, and David (Brit) Pierotti of Wisconsin Rapids; six great-grandchildren, Nick and  Beth  Goldsmith, Victoria, Trevor, Camron, and Brennan Pierotti, a former daughter-in-law,  Kerry Pierotti, other relatives, and friends.

Olive was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, and her parents.

Private Family Services were held for Olive.  Her final place of rest is beside her husband, Bill in the Marion Cemetery, Town of Marion.

The Ruminski Funeral Home of Redgranite assisted Olive’s family with arrangements.  (920) 566-2313
