Ralph L. Fredrick passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, December 28th, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Kohler, WI on November 3, 1927 to Daniel and Leona (Krepsky) Fredrick. In 1935, when Ralph was 8 years old, his family moved to Ripon. In 1940, they moved to a farm in the Town of Warren, Waushara County. On July 16th 1960, he married Carla Gohlke in Neshkoro, WI. He was a life-long farmer and member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Auroraville where he served as an Elder and Treasurer.
Ralph is survived by his wife Carla; his children Jim (Julie) Fredrick, Poy Sippi, Perriann Fredrick, Berlin, Cheryl Fredrick, Bend, OR; his grandchildren Paul (Julia) Fredrick, Kuna, ID, Emily Fredrick (Ted, significant other), Logan, UT; one sister Delores Porter, Avon, OH; brother-in-law Phil Gohlke, Neshkoro; sister-in-law Sandy Gohlke, Neshkoro. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Dan and Leona Fredrick; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Bernice (Bill) Jones and Roamelle (Dick) Nigbor; and by two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Wilmar Gohlke, Russell (Deloris) Gohlke and Velta Gohlke.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 6 at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Auroraville with Pastor Ryan Willis officiating. Inurnment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Berlin. God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree.
The warmth of a summer sun,
