Deb Hickey, Something Old, Something New HCE member, was presented with Wisconsin Bookworms Certificate of Appreciation for her 20 years of dedicated service in the program.   HCE board member, Faye Bray, presented Hickey with the certificate at the clubs monthly meeting.
