Lady Pioneers come out on top against Ripon

The Westfield Lady Pioneers faced off against Ripon High School on Jan. 19.

The first half started close, with an end score of 30-23 in favor of Westfield. The Lady Pioneers pushed through to gain a substantial lead in the second half. It was a successful home game for Westfield, taking home the win 61-48.

Westfield’s top scorer of the night was Carly Drew, who brought and impressive 32 points to the board.  Trista Drew followed with 10 points and 1 rebound.

Brandi Lentz helped with 8 points and 5 rebounds. Lexi Brakebush and Kimmy Sengbusch each had 5 points, while Nadia Hoffa had 1 point and 4 rebounds.
