Back to School Bash Coming Soon
If you live in Waushara County, have a child attending a school located in Waushara County, and need help purchasing school supplies for the upcoming school year, plan to attend the 17th annual Back to School Bash. On sight registration for the Back to School Bash will be held on Saturday, Aug. 11 from 8-11 am in the basement demonstration room of the Waushara County Courthouse. Courthouse entrance H will be open for this event. School supplies will be distributed on a first-come first-serve basis. Proof of Waushara County residency is required. The Back to School Bash also offers pre-registration with pick up on Friday, Aug. 10 from 4-7 pm in the basement demonstration room of the Waushara County Courthouse, using courthouse entrance H. Friday pick up is limited to families who pre-register. Proof of residency and program fees will be required. Pre-register forms can be completed in person at the Waushara County Department of Human Services at 230 West Park Street, Wautoma, WI or electronically at https://goo.gl/forms/GS2dQgObXOK2Hgkh1. Organized by the Waushara County Department of Human Services Back to School Bash committee, the event helps families prepare their children for school by providing community children with the tools they need to begin the school year ready to learn. The Back to School Bash is possible due to volunteer and financial support received from individuals, businesses, faith communities and civic organizations.
