• James Fredrick Barnes, 58, Poy Sippi, appeared in court on April 3 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (4th) and Operating with PAC (4th). He received sentence withheld 2 years probation; conditions: 60 days in Waushara County Jail, sentence to commence forthwith, Huber privileges, good time credit, 3 days credit for time served, 48 hour jail requirement deemed satisfied with credit for time served, AODA and follow through, to participate and successfully complete the Waushara County Hybrid Alcohol and Drug Court Program, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, $1,800 fine inclusive of costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, $42.50 Blood Draw Cost with 60 days to pay or payment plan, 24 months driver’s license revocation/ignition interlock device to be installed by no later than July 1, DNA sample and surcharge; may petition for early termination of probation term after completion of 18 months, provided request is joined by agent and all financial obligations are paid in full and all treatment programming is completed. Bond previously posted to be applied.
• Jeffrey M. Keddell, 60, Sabula, IA, appeared in court on April 3 for a payment hearing for six counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 3. Keddell also appeared in court for a plea/sentencing hearing for two counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days+).
