Juleanna C. Johnson receive firsts Jeffrey Kasuboski Foundation Scholarship

Juleanna C. Johnson, a 2021 graduate of Wautoma High School, is the first recipient of the Jeffrey Kasuboski Foundation Scholarship. Jeff Kasuboski presented the check to Juleanna with Chris Brown, manager of the Wautoma Regional Center of Fox Valley Technical College. Juleanna will be attending Fox Valley Tech this Fall, pursuing a degree as a registered nurse as well as a medical business degree.

This scholarship was established to honor Kasuboski for his dedication and leadership in helping to establish the new Fox Valley Technical College campus in Wautoma.

For this academic year, 774 students have been served in the WRC district. The Wautoma Region Center currently offers 17 programs.

The scholarship is perpetual and will be awarded to at least two deserving Waushara County residents under the age of 25 who have graduated from any one of the following high schools: Almond-Bancroft, Berlin, Tri-County, Wautoma, Westfield, Weyauwega, or Wild Rose.

Two scholarships in the amount of $750 each will be given each year. To apply for this scholarship, complete the online application starting Oct. 2021 at fvtc.edu/paying-for-college/scholarships or for questions call 920-787-3319.
