Family Health La Clinica community health center has completed the recerti-fication process for the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition. Practices must show that they have committed to continuous quality improvement and a patient-centered approach to care. FHLC is pleased to share that NCQA completed its review, and Family Health continues to meet the high standards for recognition.
