Coloma Cycling Club rides to Busy B’s produce stand

Subhead

On July 18, the cycling club rode to the vegetable stand on Hwy B and Cottonville.  The stand has a variety of vegetables and fruits as well as eggs.  Blueberries were featured on the day of the ride. The Amish stand tour was done by its owner, Ida Mae. The club was able to social distance while they listened to how the gardens and the stand itself has changed over the years.  On the way back, the club stopped at Sunrise Country Store & Bakery for fresh donuts and individual pies. The club rides every Saturday and usually leaves from the hotel at 8:30 am.  For each ride, they visit a local destination where they hear a brief talk about that location.  For information about rides, visit the Coloma Hotel’s website: www.colomahotel.com or call Sue Apps at 715-228-2401.
