CAP Services, Inc. announces addition of Mandy (Powers) Bowe as VP of Lending

CAP Services, Inc. is proud to announce and welcome Mandy Bowe as the organization’s Vice President of Lending. Bowe will be responsible for overseeing CAP’s various lending products and services including technical assistance, home ownership counseling, and portfolio management and growth.   She joins the CAP Services team from the credit union world, where she has worked for the last 20 years. She most recently worked as the Assistant Vice President of Lending at Valley Communities Credit Union. Prior to that she worked for Bull’s Eye Credit Union (now known as Connexus Credit Union). “We are very excited to add Mandy to our management team,” said Terry Lewis-Birkett, CAP Services’ CFO. “Mandy’s knowledge and experience in lending will allow CAP Services to maintain and expand our support for the community, with particular focus on meeting the needs of entrepreneurs and borrowers who may not qualify for traditional lending products.”   Bowe holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
