There is no place with a community calendar where everyone can find all the information about what is going on locally here in Waushara County, all conveniently in one place.
Library Director Kent Barnard reported: “The Patterson Memorial Library is changing that. Since the first library, libraries have been the place for information. We are offering a community calendar online on our website which will give churches, clubs and other organizations a place to put their events, from meetings to brat frys – at no cost to the organization.”
The Community Calendar will be on the Patterson Memorial Library website: www.wildroselibrary.org, however a link may be put on your website for ease of access.
You simply go to www.getlocalhop.com and sign up with the email of your representative or organization. Adding events is very easy, and takes only a few minutes. Repeating events like Church Services or monthly meetings can also be set up in minutes for the entire year.
“Let’s work together to make Waushara County a better place to live with access to all the events in the county in one place,” quipped Barnard.
