On Jan. 24 Guardian CPR donated a Zoll AED to the Wild Rose Area Fire District. The Wild Rose Area Fire District has 21 AEDs that are aging. These AEDs are assigned to Emergency Medical Responders who are members of the District to better serve the community.
Chief Allen Luchini of the Wild Rose Fire District reached out to Guardian CPR owner Pete Fischbach to come up with a plan to replace the 21 AEDs with newer AEDs. The Wild Rose Area Fire District will be replacing all 21 AEDs through Guardian CPR over the next few years.
The average cost of a Zoll AED is approximately $2200. Given this large expense Guardian CPR wanted to help the community and District by donating a Zoll AED to the District.
