The Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County area has announced that they will be leading the Berlin Youth Soccer Camp July 19-21. The camp is replacing Berlin Kiwanis Soccer Camp run by Chief Plantz.

The soccer camp will be run by volunteers consisting of Berlin High School Varsity soccer players and volunteer coaches. The program will now be led by the Boys & Girls Club’s Center Director, Nichole Kwasny. Nichole explains, “We are thrilled to be hosting this soccer camp at the Club and I hope a lot of youth in this community sign up.”

While at camp players will learn soccer skills and rules, as well as the importance of good sportsmanship and teamwork. Players are encouraged to bring soccer gear consisting of cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle.
