Citizen Way: Josh Calhoun and David Blascoe

Citizen Way coming to Wautoma Jan. 21

The Youth and Family Outreach Program will be bringing “Citizen Way” to the McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center in Wautoma on Jan. 21 at 7 p.m.

“Citizen Way,” a popular contemporary Christian rock band from Elgin, IL, were formerly known as “The Least of These” when the band was playing together at Judson University.

The band was originally composed of two sets of brothers, Josh and Ben Calhoun and David and Ben Blascoe, and had been playing together since 2004. Since then, the band has seen some changes, with Josh Calhoun and Ben Blascoe continuing to tour.

Their first debut single “Should’ve Been Me,” off their album “Love is the Evidence” was released on June 26, 2012, and charted on numerous Christian song charts.

The Youth and Family Outreach Program is a local non-profit ministry based out of Wautoma, and continues their mission to bring Christian artists to the rural area and present the gospel.
