Construction on schedule for Juliette Manor, Berlin

Moving Day set for June 9

Each day at the new 37-bed Juliette Manor in Berlin, the Boldt construction crew continues to make progress for the targeted completion and move in date of June 9.

This past week Tina Marchan, Juliette Manor administrator, toured the plant with Boldt Construction superintendent Matt Leonard and said she was pleased with the progress in the long-term care wing. The fireplace in the entry has been completed, and the exterior is getting finishing touches.

The new facility will replace the present Juliette Manor that has been in the downtown Berlin location since 1964. The current Juliette Manor was the original Berlin Hospital built in 1935.

The new Juliette Manor is on the campus of the Berlin Memorial Hospital, making it easily accessible for extended patient care for the residents of the Manor. Boldt began construction on Aug. 24, 2015.
