Wild Rose School Board approves 2017-18 service contracts

The Wild Rose School Board approved service contracts for the 2017-18 school year during their June 8 regular meeting.

The police liaison contract is for a cost of $9,034.56, a small increase from the past school year, contracting with the Waushara County Sheriff’s Department, and the nursing contract with the Waushara County Health Department will also reflect an increase with a final cost of $16,840.70.

The designated deposit-ories and electronic fund transfer vendors were formally approved for the 2017-18 school year, and Farmers State Bank of Waupaca, First National Bank of Waupaca, First National Bank of Poy Sippi, State of Wisconsin-Local Government Investment Pool, Associated Bank of Green Bay, NA and Hometown Bank of Wautoma will serve as depositories. The Internal Revenue Service Wisconsin Department of Revenue and the Wisconsin Retirement System will serve as ACH transaction vendors.

The board discussed the replacement of the fuel oil tank at Pleasant View Elementary and approved the proposal from the Oil Equipment Company to do the work at a cost of $11,515.
