Waushara County sees 12.5 percent voter turnout in Aug. 9th election

Waushara County had 2,326 registered voters, for a 12.5 percent turnout, in the fall primary elections held on Aug. 9.

The municipalities with the highest voter turnout were the Town of Deerfield, with 18.17 percent of eligible voters participating, followed by the Town of Mt. Morris, 17.37 percent. The lowest voter turnout was in the City of Berlin (Ward 7) with 2.9 percent voter turnout, followed by the Village of Redgranite, 6.19 percent.
