Marquette County sees 33.5 percent voter turn out

Marquette County had 3,102 registered voters out for the April 7 elections.

Local unofficial vote results for races are listed below. All vote tallies remain unofficial until local board canvasses finish verifying the votes this week.

Town of Buffalo Supervisors: Two to be elected: Jan Banicki, 165; David Larkin, 113; Donna Seddon, 87; Ryan McReath, 204; Laura Rygiewicz (registered write-in), 15; Scattering, 12.

Town of Buffalo Clerk: Margarete Worthington, 153; Laurie Beahm (registered write-in): 153.

Town of Newton Supervisors: Two to be elected: Bruce Alexander, 69; Amanda M. Knoch, 51; Roger Kryscio, 60.

Town of Packwaukee Supervisors: Two to be elected: Matthew Towery, 91; Jim Sanders, 213; Joseph J. Oravetz, 161.

City of Montello Alderperson: Write-in results for Wards 1 and 2, no candidates on ballot: Shelley Dufour, Ward 1 (write-in): 13; Don Lloyd, Ward 1 (write-in): 5; Venise Muglar, Ward 2 (registered write-in): 10; Patrick T. Bleske, Ward 2 (registered write-in): 5.

School District of Westfield: One to be elected-Town of Harris, Parts of Towns of Packwaukee and Douglas: Karen Alexander, 505; Mark McCartney, 550; Scattering, 2; One to be elected-Town of Newton and Crystal Lake: Gregory Marshall, 514; Dennis Fenner, 500; Scattering: 1.

School District of Wisconsin Dells: One to be elected, Area 1: Scott Albrecht, 35; Robert McClyman, 45. One to be elected, Area 2: Jennifer Gavinski, 55; Jim Rodwell, 22. 

Supreme Court (vote totals for Marquette County only): Ann W. Bradley, 1,559; James P. Daley, 1,374.

Referendum (vote totals for Marquette County only): Constitutional amendment to allow members of State Supreme Court to choose chief justice: Yes-1,893; No-1,086.
